This was my first try at using "Boiled Icing". We iced, and decorated with the stuff. I attended an "Advanced Food Services" class with the Navy prior to being stationed aboard ship. The class covered so much in a short time we only spent 1 day on cake decor. It was White cake with peach ice cream inside.
