Princess Castle Cake
Ahh, my 1st castle cake, for my daughter's 4th birthday. Lots of time and work in this cake. When i woke the next morning after staying up late to finish it, i found the top layer broke in half . This picture was taken before the crash. So I quickly started working on reparing it. I baked a new layer and didn't add as many towers the 2nd time around. She loved it just the same! All buttercream with fondant windows and hearts.
My niece would love this cake. I do too by the way!!
Super cake, great job. What did you do to make it look like "stone"?
I made a large dot using tip #12, then pressed them down with my fingers when the icing crusted.
Beautiful cake!!! :)
