This cake is covered in bc. The bride loved hearts, so we did hearts. Not that crazy about some of her choices but she was the boss.

My daughter is the one who smooths our icing, she sprits it with a water bottle and smooths it with a bent spatula. It comes out very smooth. I've heard about the roller method on this site, but have not tried it yet, but would like to know more about it myself

im having trouble with my BC it crackes after its been sitting i know that crisco has a new formula now could this be the problem? i know that when you move them they can crack if not enough support, and how can i get the BC very smooth has anyone used the foam roller on bc and should the bc be crusted
