Anniversary Cake
My mothers friend asked if I would make her husband a small 6 inch cake for their anniversary. She told me to just slap some frosting on it and he would be happy with that. This is what I gave her. She was very happy! I still need lots of practice!! PS- I bought the roses!!

Wow, what an awesome surprise. They must've been shocked. P.S. Did you use dowels to support the cake???? And where did you find the tall box. I haven't been able to find any like that.
I used the hidden pillars and put the cake plate on top of them. It was working out just fine and seemed sturdy but then all of a sudden :cry: I always have priority mail boxes on hand from the post office because I sell on the internet. It just so happened that the cake fit perfectly into the biggest box I had. I just taped up the sides(tops) and then cut straight down the front and slid the cake right in.
