WOWWY WOW!!!! thanks for the compliments. aobedessa, never a floral designer, my business partner is better than I am at arranging the flowers on the cake. To get the bow on the cake I just hold my breath :wink:. I put the ribbon of fond. around the cake and left for a few min. to harden up. Then I use Royal icing all over the back of the bow, make sure it is almost at the hardest consis. then I used a piece of sponge underneath to stabalize it for a few hours.
