This is a chocolate cake w/ white chocolate cream w/ fresh berries. The frosting is white chocolate cream buttercream, dark chocolate buttercream borders n' curls and royal icing flowers... The letters are gumpaste which is manually cut out by exacto knife and painted w/ gold luster dust,geezz it was so time consuming!!! this is my first time to use gumpaste too..
