by far my favorite wedding cake! it looked great for about 2 hrs. being an outside wedding the table was on a slant so over the course of the reception i watched the tiers slide. finally i told the bride that she had to cut the cake before it slid to the ground! the seashells are mm fondant and white chocolate sand is brown sugar. the bride cried when she saw it (ahppy tears) b/c it looked just like the picture she gave me!
