Thanks so much for your comments.This is my 2nd attempt @fondant..can't wait to get to a class on it. Don't know why it dried cracking ? Too much conf sugar? Many other problems to much to list but I had great fun doing it. This is a 16x2" sq base marble with choc ganauch with an 8" square on top

Top was yellow cake with fresh chopped strawberries..I added know geletin to firm it up a little (according to directions ) w/bc icing under the fondant .
