These are No-Fail Sugar Cookies with Antonia's icing. I don't have any 'bug' cookie cutters yet, so I just used a round cutter and decorated these as bugs.
ConnieSue, depending on how long you cook them, they can be soft or crunchy. I prefer mine a little softer, so I try to watch mine pretty close to make sure they don't get too dark around the edges. I think the 2 butterflies were softer than the ladybug and bee.
