The instructions were not posted but jaklotz1 was very kind to share. She used the soccer ball pan, but I wanted the diameter to be a little smaller, so I improvised. But the instructions are spot on. If you provide your email address, I will be happy to email you the instructions.
Also, I did not have time to create a gumpaste bill, but I used a cake circle as my template. Instead of sticking the bill in after you place fondant on the cap, I stuck the cakeboard bill in the cake, then covered the entire cake with fondant. You have no seams to fill later.
