Graduation party theme was on the oriental side. My niece wanted her cake done a certain way and wanted the cupcakes to flow all over the table. Three tier cake was also three layers each. Boy that cake was heavy!!! I did have a problem with the bottom layer. When I placed the fondant on the cake, small cracks started to appear close to the edges of the cake. I think it dried up when I worked the color into the fondant or the fondant was too heavy.
