Alex's 1St Birthday Cake
This cake was soooooo much fun to do. I initially panicked over thinking of making the animals, etc., but I'm pretty pleased with the outcome. The cake is a 6" coconut layer with vanilla butter cream filing and a 9" french vanilla layer with vanilla butter cream filling. Icing is vanilla butter cream. All decorations are fondant, dusted with super pearl, except for the shells that are candy melt molds and dusted with super pearl. Thanks for looking!
