Blueberry Citrus Cake
This is a blueberry citrus cake with a whipped lemon topping and filling. One of my very first decorated cakes ever. I wanted to do pansies but gave up and instead made a zillion drop flowers and then made them into bluebonnet-looking things instead! Things don't always turn out how you imagined, do they?! But I still thought it was pretty and I was pleased with it.
The decorating is lovely (great borders!) and the flavors sound delicious!!

These flowers remind me of the lilacs that we had back home when I was growing up. They were in blossom around mother's Day. This is perfect. Thanks for a great idea.
