First Wedding Cake!!
This is the first wedding cake I've done! yay! I'm so glad I made the roses ahead of time... it made completing the cake much easier.

What are the roses made out? They're beautiful.
actually, the roses are a funny story... I tried to make royal icing, but it wasn't working (my meringue powder was crappy), so I added a glob of crisco to it, rewhipped it up and it worked great!
