This buttercream 1/4 sheet was done using a tip #22 for the rosettes with the tip #14 for the star accents and writing. Colored sprinkles and pink edible glitter added as a finishing touch.

Awesome cake...I would love to make one like this for my daughter birthday except have a edible image in the center of the cake. Where did you begin to make the rosettes on the cake? Do you start around the center and work your way to the edge? I've never made a rosette before so any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Timojen2002@aol.com
