I was up until 2:30AM making this cake for my nieces and nephew whom all graduated from catholic school. Everything was good until we got to the location and the humidity and heat started to "melt" my cake and the fondant started separating. Everybody loved it and it was good too. Bottom layer was chocolate cake with strawberries and cream filling, top layer was butter cake with cream cheese pineapple filling both cakes covered with pastry pride and covered in fondant, everything on it is edible
