Seashell Cake on Cake Central

Used real shells on this one, soaked in very mild bleach solution for 24 hours and dried for one week.

Tinted the outer buttercream with about 2 tablespoons of dark dark cocoa to get a great "wet sand" colour.

Not even a tiny bit of odor. I used about 1/8 cup of bleach to 30 cups of water, soaked them overnight, rinsed them in plain water again overnight, then dried for one week. Nice and clean, no odor.
