Jiu-Jitsu
This is one of two cakes my Aunt-in-law ordered for her boyfriend's B-day. It is a vanilla cake that was tinted green, BC frosting, and a little character made of fondant (not pictured here). The japanese charaters say ju-jitsu. and the word underneath is the Brazilian form.

Fantastic! My boyfriend loved loved it!!!! What sstardust17 neglects to tell you is that she made an amazing martial arts guy out of fondant to look exactly like my boyfriend. She is sooo talented. He was thrilled! and then his 4 year old niece promptly devoured it. I love my niece in law.
