Taco Time!
Thanks to JulieBugg2000 for the great idea. Wish I would have given myself more time, but it turned out alright I think! I made it for a mexican themed potluck we had at work. The ladies had to cut into it to wrap their heads around the idea that it is actually a cake

It turned out GREAT!! I had the same problem with mine, people couldn't process that it looked like nachos and tasted like cake lol. You did a wonderful job!
