Cathyfowler the cap is all gumpaste so is the diploma. And Ursula the bottom cake is 13x9 and is german choco w/ pecan carmel filling and the top cakeis8x10 wasc w/ white chocolate raspberry filling (to die for).I made the cakes on Monday and froze them. out of the ?. When we got to the lake house it was so hot in there and it takes forever to cool. I put the cake in the fridge, it gave it a really nice shine and enhanced the leather look.
