This is for my son's 4th birthday tomorrow. Almost everything is made out of fondant except the cloud and ladder which is made from royal icing.

Thanks very much for all your comments! I used a technique called bass relief. I found a picture of sportacus and then moulded fondant to fit the shape of each section. You just build it up from there.
WOW! COOL !!!!!!!! My son loves lazytown on cable TV. I showed him this cake and he loved it too. What an awesome cake!
