Thanks y'all! I guess I should clarify...have done petit fours numerous times but have never made them with chocolate cake/chocolate poured fondant. I'm not real happy with the taste as they are too sweet for me. I added semi-sweet morsels to the quick poured fondant (recipe actually called for unsweetened chocolate). Might just try melted semi-sweet morsels or chocolate melts next time; but I am so used to working with the quick poured fondant.
