21St Birthday For A Shoe Lover

21St Birthday For A Shoe Lover on Cake Central

I made this collection of chocolate shoes and cupcakes for a young lady who works with me in the bakery. All the shoes are made of chocolate melts. I wanted to celebrate something elses besides her now being legal to drink. I knew she loved shoes so I made her a collection that look good enough to eat. I modified the fondant/gumpaste shoe pattern for chocolate. The shoe boxes are made of fondant and air brushed. The cupcakes are gold with Bettercreme forsting. TEOS - Deliciously Comfortable

8O Wow! That's a really adorable collection of shoes...that had to be a lot of work, but it is worth it! Very beautiful!

Thank you, thank you. I appreciate the comments. I asked her what she was going to do witht he shoes and she replied that she was going to eat one every day until they were gone. I did print the labels on edible paper. when I took the shoes out of the frig they sweat just enough to adhere the paper to the shoe. I promise I will take some time to write down how I made the shoes. I will post more pictures so you can see more of the shoes without the rack.
