In conjunction with my baseball cookies, this was my first attempt at cookies for a customer. I made both of them for a baby shower. I did use some buttercream icing to fill in the butterfly. I'm hooked now. I'm going to have to practice on my cookies icing technique. I will take pointers if anyone has any.
