Calla Lillies
This was my first wedding cake and I was a nervous wreck. Rich chocolate cake filled with whipped chocolate ganace and IMB. Flowers are MMF. I also made mini callas to place with the servings. Since this was for a friend, I was able to see how it was when it was cut and how it tasted. The bride LOVED it and even introduced me before they cut the cake.
