Mary's Pink And Purple Roses

Made for a woman who wanted roses all over the top of the cake in pink and purple for her husband. It just happened to be a cake I'd done several times before! Making the roses ahead and freezing them makes putting this cake together so much easier! Cake is 9" with 2 kinds of chocolate cake with BC filling and frosting. Roses are BC. She's my first repeat customer and I hope she'll enjoy this cake as much as the first!
Thanks for looking.

what is required to freeze bc flowers? how do you cover them?

I don't cover them with anything..just make them on the wax paper squares, put them on a cookie sheet and stick them in the freezer. I guess once they're frozen, you could cover them with something, but mine were only frozen for a very short time.
