Birthday Present Cakes
These are the cakes I made for my dear MIL 80th birthday. We traveled out of state, and it was so hot & humid there that the fondant wouldn't set and the icing was sliding off the cakes, so all I could do was make them very simple. Cakes are chocolate fudge with almond BC and dark mauve fondant (her request).
