I am making a jungle cake VERY similar to this one this Friday! Like you, I spent hours last week modling my animals so that they would be dry. If mine looks half as good as yours, I will be so pleased! SUPER WONDERFUL JOB!!!! :D :D

I worked on the animals a couple of weeks ahead of time. This way they were nice & dry and would not fall apart when set up.

I love how you drape fondant for the waterfall. I have never seen it used like that before.. Beautiful job!
