This is the cake I threw together for my Mother-in-law. Baked the cakes the other day. But wasn't sure what to do with it. Had trouble with icing consistency for roses. So she gets some funky flowers....lol. I guess it's a good thing she's not a my favorite person or I might be upset. Not bad for about an hour of work - including making the frosting.
