This stacked cake is iced smooth in ivory buttercream. The brown ribbons and bows are made of chocolate fondant. I wanted the bows to harden, so I added Gum-Tex to only my fondant bows.

Thanks everyone! The chocolate fondant is a 24 oz. package of Wilton Ready-To-Use White Rolled Fondant and 4 oz. Premelted unsweetened chocolate squares kneaded into it. I wouldn't cover a cake with it, because the taste isn't that great, but just wanted the deep color for the ribbons and bows.
