I made this for a friend, for her daughter first communion. All the flowers are Royal Icing and the runner is Fondant. Iced in buttercream. The flower stands are made out of plastic dowels filled with icing to make a mound and added flowers to the top to make an arrangement. I bought all the other decorations at a local cake shop. The idea was from the WIlton 2002 yearbook, she just wanted a smaller cake.
