La Petit Cake
The request was for a cake that was only 10 servings, but had a big cake feeling. The resulting top three tiers are 3/12", 4/1/2" and 6". The base decorative plate was created out of 50:50 gumpaste/fondant over a cake dummy and brushed with copper luster dust.
