Mickey & Minnie Birthday

Chocolate cake w/BC & BC Frozen Transfer. I learned quite a bit with this one. Mainly 1-Don't airbursh on cold icing, it causes beading. 2- Don't use store bought chocolate icing to make black when doing the Frozen Transfer, it doesn't work well.

heres a tip on the black icing for FBCT..go ahead and use your storebought chocolate to give it the darker start, but mix it 50/50 with white buttercream, then add your black color...the taste is then mild and not bitter and it will pull off the wax paper just fine...very cute cake btw!
