I made this cake for my mom's birthday. Her favorite flower is the daisy, so I kind of went off of that. It is a vanilla glaze on spice cake. I cut the cake using cookie cutters and used the scraps for the stem and leaves. I see so many problems with it, but she loved it and it tasted great!
