This was my first attempt at a cake this size. White cake with chocolate fudge filling and ivory buttercream icing. Accented with roses, gold rings, and gold pearls (edible)
Thanks so much for the positive feedback. This site IS really addictive. It's nice to be able to share my love of decorating with others who can appreciate the craft.
Not sure if they are called gold pearls- that's what they looked like- got them from a small shop in town they were like litttle round gold colored candies-not really a dragee but looked like them. Not sure how else to explain them.

I love it. How did you do the swag on the sides I have not attempted that yet. Also what are the size of cakes. Thanks
Great job of hiding " the hardware" !!!!
The swag is individual flowers and tulle attached with a hot glue gun. The top is 6", middle 10" and bottom 14".
edible gold
