My husband requested a blue chocolate cake with blue coffee icing for his birthday this year, so I made a white cake, added chocolate flavor and blue coloring...then made buttercream icing and added coffee flavor and more blue coloring! Tasted pretty good and looked good too. Husband was happy, so I was happy!!
