Chocolate Kahlua cake w/ bavarian cream filling, iced in buttercream dream and covered in MMF. w/ mmf accents. I still can not for the life of me get my fondant smooth! Any tips? Critiques? Thanks for looking.

Pretty colors and cake. I dont know what to tell you about the fondant. I'm pretty unlucky with it myself. Satin Ice works best for me.
are you using commercial fondant or making mmf? mmf is much easier for me to get smooth.
Love you cake design. Try using a little bit of crisco to help smooth out the MMF when shaping.

I love the tall top tier and how the name is done like more vine! Smooth fondant? Practice, practice, practice--I'm still working on it, too! :P
