I made this cake for my final project at college. We could design the wedding cake however we wanted as long as it had at least 2 tiers & that it incorporated at least 4 skills we had learned in class.

Thank you for all your wonderful comments. I go to the Birmingham College of Food here in the UK. I finished my advanced cake dec qualification at the beginning of July. The skills I used were patchwork cutter embossed lilies, which were then hand painted, I used sugar flowers & leaves and the piped design around the board. I was supposed to use monograms but they didn't fit the style of the cake. It was a lot of hard work, but it was so worth it.
