I love this cake! Can you tell me what size pans you used?

Thank you all for your comments. CajunDaisy the size pans were 12" 9" 6" and are 3½" deep.Baked as whole cakes and not layered. Take a bit longer to cook.

may i ask you.. what recipe did you use for the chocolate fondant? i'm looking for a really tastey one (easy to make and work with) for a bride in May. You did such a wonderful job! Congrats! it's beautiful.

Hi valstupendo, I used a ready made Bakels chocolate fondant and added white to get the lighter colour. I'm not sure if you have Bakels where you come from but it seems to be world wide. Good luck.
