Don't laugh, ok, you can. I used a coffee can for the bottom, a chopped pineapple can for the middle and a green bean can for the top. The cake was about 15-18" tall. I just filled the cans about 2/4 full so they would bake high and shaped the tops into the scoop shape. I wrapped the cones in fondant, made the cherry out of sugar paste. Lines on cones are RI and just stuck some skewers in here and there. This cake was completely rigged and in no way structually correct.
