My version of this cake, it took 2 cans of the cookies. (2) 8 inch rounds, torted(3 layers). NOTE: make this ahead of time and refrigerate well before travelling! This cake slide out like a deck of cards and the cookies fell, it was a mess. I did save it, but please learn from my mistake!
