I've been in love with this cake for so long and I finally have the opportunity to make something like it. Can you direct me towards a forum or article that would instruct me on how to make the brushed-embroidery flowers? I would really appreciate. This is just sooo beautiful!

Sweetness11379, sorry I don't know of any BE articles , but I learned how to do it from taking Wilton course 3...maybe it's on their website? I was inspired to do this cake after seeing one that Collette Peters did...it's on her website.

I love this, and don't take this the wrong way, it looks just like the curtains in my bedroom, which I adore. I wish I could teach myself brush embroidery techniques!

Very beautiful presentation. I love your classic lines and the fact that you did not use a cake topping nor did you over decorate it. Truly lovely!
