These are by far the easiest cakes to make because the chocolate curls hide any flaws on the sides and the strawberries hide the top - its almost to hard to charge for it! LOL

Its chocolate ganache - I tried the Ganache 1 recipe on CC just recently and will use it from now on. It is fabulous - the touch of butter really makes it shine!
