I like how the scrolls spill over onto the top of the cake. I like how the top tier has no border .... I think it would have looked top heavy with it ..... the dots doing up the side and stopping is a great contrast to the scrolling that goes up the side and keeps going over the top of the bottom tier. Dont' know if that's the effect you were going after, but it worked great!
