Wedding Cake
this cake was for one of my boys weddings. It is a 16". 13", 10" and 7" round almond cake with raspberry, strawberry and barvarian cream filling and buttercream icing. The flowers are live roses and it served approximently 255 people.

Very pretty, very elegant. I'm sure they jsut loved it. How long did it take to make? Any tips on using fresh flower?
since this is what I do for a living, it did not take me long. I baked the cakes the day before and about 2 hours to ice and decorate. Make sure you buy your flowers the day before and store in the refrig.
