Oops!! A Wave!

The sheet cake is a light lemon cake with raspberry filling. The wave is carved from a white chocolate pound cake. Frosted in buttercream, with graham cracker crumb sand. The people are buttercream, the sand castle is made from a buttercream/graham cracker paste, and the surf board and shells are candy melts. Footprints and "happy birth day" (for my brand new newphew's birth day (7-28-06)) were drawn in the sand. thanks for looking!

Bonnie I love how you designed this cake. Came out great! Love the wave. I always wondered how a cake would look split water and sand. Now I know. Fantastic
