Not exactly a summer theme but the man who ordered it wanted penguins to woo his girlfriend! It's her favourite thing so I hope she appreciated his gesture. I know you don't get roses in the South Pole but in cake world you can have whatever you like! It's all made with sugarpaste apart from the trim around the edge of the cake which is royal icing. I dusted it with snowflake lustre dust and put Magic Sparkles on the top.
