Its just piped with buttercream, using a large round tip for the swirls, then a smooth basketweave tip for the headband part. Then some small round tip dots inside the swirls. The jewel is just a blob of bc that I piped in the diamond shape, then smoothed and added a few sprinkles to. Hope that makes sense!
