Rainbow cake made for my first class cake this past Monday. Had so much fun making it and can't wait for next week. Only thing I forgot to do was cover my cake board which resulted in nasty grease spots on the board. Besides that I was happy with the results and now have it in the freezer till my granddaughter who turned 3 the beginning of May comes next Thursday.
