Topsy Turvy Disaster
This is my first attempt at fondant and a topsy turvy cake. I've never had lessons working with fondant. One lesson I learned you must use a VERY firm cake. This one sort of kept sinking into itsself. Made for a cake contest - didn't think it would make it 10 miles to town - it survived so entered it anyway. Cake in back ground was another cake I entered - got second on it.
Well you picked a good cake to try it on... the Topsy Turvy hides any sinking problems. Probably made it look more realistic! :princess:
